Agreement Between User and TechGents

Services and Appointments
All TechGents consulting, support, design, and training services are provided by appointment only. Submission of a contact form or inquiry through this website does not constitute a service agreement or guarantee availability. TechGents will respond to inquiries within one business day during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time).
Service engagements are governed by separate agreements between TechGents and each client. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract for services.
Remote Access
TechGents uses Zoho Assist, a secure, encrypted remote support tool, to provide remote technical assistance to clients. Remote access sessions are conducted only with the explicit permission of the client and are initiated only during active support engagements.
For clients who have authorized it as part of an ongoing service agreement, TechGents may utilize unattended access to perform routine maintenance, apply updates, or conduct after-hours support tasks without requiring the client to be present. Unattended access is established only with the client's explicit prior consent and is limited to authorized devices. TechGents does not retain or utilize remote access beyond the scope of the agreed service engagement.
